About this batch
A 165mm nakiri forged from 52100 bearing stock, differentially heat-treated and left with the forge finish above the bevel. Twelve blades is a month of evenings.
Handles are stabilised maple burl, each one shaped to the tang it sits on. Grain and figure vary; you will see yours before it ships.
Ships sharpened to a 15-degree edge with a saya. Not dishwasher safe, and I will be upset if you try.
